Job Description
Collaborate with the product team to define project scopes and timelines.
Discuss implementation strategies and technical challenges with the engineering team.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the CTO and other heads of departments.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Lead recruitment efforts and the interview process to onboard skilled engineers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in technology.
Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruiting and managing technical teams.
