Hotel Chief Engineer

Hospitality Spotlight is working with a client in the Midwest and we are looking for a hotel Chief Engineer.

The Work:

• Manage and lead a team at a Fullservice luxury hotel

• Manage all aspects of the property operations department to include the proper operation maintenance and repair of all heating ventilation refrigeration and mechanical equipment.

• Manage guestroom public space and back of house maintenance program

• Leads by example at all levels of execution

What you ve already done (requirements):

• 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer for a fullservice luxury hotel
  

• Previous success managing a team at a lifestyle high volume hotel

• Working knowledge of: plumbing codes electrical codes national/local fire codes local mechanical codes water treatment program and (blueprints plumbing and wiring) schematics

• Plus a few other positionrelated requirements.

• Yearly salary base range of $90k $100k
