Technical Lead

• Work closely with engineering teams to tackle system design challenges.
  

• Coordinate with outsourced software engineers to ensure adherence to code quality standards.
  

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and maintain documentation of system architecture.
  

• Assist in requirement assessments and estimate delivery timelines.
  

• Participate in the recruitment process and conduct technical interviews.
  

• Provide regular reports on team status and system updates to the CTO.
  

• Expertise in Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) and DomainDriven Design (DDD) is crucial.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  

• Strong background in software architecture and system design.
  

• Experience with CQRS and DDD methodologies.
  

• Proven track record of managing code quality in collaborative environments.
  

• Exceptional analytical problemsolving and technical leadership skills.
  

• Experience in interviewing and assessing technical candidates.
