What you will be doing:
- Develop and oversee a dynamic global compensation strategy aligned with business goals and competitive positioning providing strategic advice to HR leadership and Executive management.
- Collaborate with leadership HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to design and manage innovative salary structures incentive plans and equity compensation programs ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay internal consistency and compliance with regulations.
- Lead the design administration and regular review of stock and executive compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Present insightful compensation trend reports to senior leadership and manage compensation data systems and tools.
- Develop and maintain clear compensation policies and procedures staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated compensation professionals fostering collaboration with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
- Create communication plans to educate employees on compensation programs and provide training and support to HR Business Partners and Managers.
What you need:
- 10 years of compensation management experience including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in executive and stock compensation programs.
- Indepth knowledge of compensation practices trends and global regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in leading and developing highperforming teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation analytics and reporting.
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong project management skills capable of handling multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
