Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
Maintain our applicant tracking system and candidate records.
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Miminum 5 years of experience in Qatar. Working knowledge of Qatar labor regulations and governmental authorities. Strong problem solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to build strong relationships Excellent communication and writing skills both in Arabic and English Extensive experience in Public Relations/Communications Eye to details and acute organization skills
