Senior Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Product Manager with experience in supporting the development and rollout of a SaaS B2B product to the market to join our remote team (we have offices in Milan and Viterbo Italy New York US Dubai UAE and our CTO is in Krak w).

You ll be playing a key role in supporting the development of a new MLbased SaaS solution for the B2B segment that is performing customer data collection and running sophisticated algorithms.

The responsabilities will be:

Work as part of an engineering team (agile methodology) on developing and managing technical product requirements (SaaS platform)

Work closely with a Business Product Manager to fully understand market trends and customer needs. Support the definition of product vision strategy and roadmap.

Understand and translate customer needs and technological directions observed on the market into technical requirements. Guide the development process to deliver technically sound products to enterprise customers.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Product Development Team

Transform business requirements into detailed technical documentation

Define metrics and success criteria for design testing and product acceptance with crossfunctional teams (e.g. product development quality assurance)

Review and prioritize enhancements with customerfacing and product development teams. Work closely with multiple organizations across the company to ensure everyone is on the same page

Requisiti

The essential skills we are looking for are:

MS or Ph.D. in Engineering Computer Science or a related field

8 years of experience working in product management roles at software organizations developing SaaS MarTech products

Business domain expertise in Digital Marketing and/or Advertising Technologies (eg. Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Email Marketing platforms etc.)

Experience working with agile product management platforms customer relationship management (CRM) tools interface design applications and process mapping solutions

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Understanding of microservices cloud environments and BigData

The nice to have skills we are looking for are:

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Quality Assurance Product Development Marketing Sales and Customer Support Teams)

Proactive and cando attitude ability to multitask

Experience writing technical documentation

Excellent English both verbal and written

Benefit

The person will be engaged with a VAT contract initially for 1 year and extendable according to the project.
The compensation according to the experience and the capabilities of the candidate can be up to 60k per year.

The work can be carried out independently remotely or at our office in Milan; occasionally availability to travel to Milan or Rome may be required when requested.
The company package includes a company PC for a better performance of the required activities.
