Job Description

As a Cost Accountant you will be responsible for identifying costs to bill for and compiling time and materials (T&M) type pay applications. This includes preparing all necessary backup documentation for billings and submitting billing summaries in a timely manner. Additionally you will be tasked with generating intercompany invoices and efficiently managing change orders to ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes.

Structure Your Success Through Responsibilities:

• Identifying costs to bill for & compiling T&Mtype pay applications
  
• Preparing all required backup documentation for billings
  
• Preparing & submitting billing summaries
  
• Generating intercompany invoices
  
• Managing change orders
  
• Maintaining accurate & up to date records of the progress of different projects
  
• Verifying work hours rendered for payroll processing
  
• Other duties as designated by the Project Accountant Project Engineer or Project Manager
  

Requirements

Blueprints of Expertise:

• A bachelor s degree in Accounting or any related studies
  
• Relevant experience in billing construction projects is a must
  
• Proficiency in eBuilder is a plus
  
• Mastery in MS Excel
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
