As a Technical Support Specialist your primary role is to onboard new franchisees and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for them! Youll be an essential bridge between our franchisees and Home Office responsible for providing ongoing support and rolling out improvements made by Corporate to all franchisee accounts.
