Social Media Manager & Content Designer - Kabuto OnigiriResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing and sales efforts
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement
- Create visually appealing and compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for use across digital platforms
- Write and edit high-quality, engaging copy for various purposes, such as social media posts, blog articles, website content, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with overall business goals and brand guidelines
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategy and content creation
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to drive engagement and achieve business objectives
- Work with external agencies and partners as needed to support social media and content initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
- Proven work experience in social media management and content creation/design
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and performance analytics
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and designs
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing best practices is a plus
