Assistant Professor for Environmental Engineering

Requirements:

• Held a position as an Assistant Professor at a higher education institution recognised by HEC or a highly reputable university

• At least 2 years of teaching experience post-PhD, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities such as course development and establishing professional certifications for courses taught

• Demonstrated efficiency in teaching, learning, and research

• Published internationally in indexed journals (SCOPUS), academic journals, or books after completing a PhD

• Contributed to academic or administrative tasks, including supervising master’s or bachelor’s degree students

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire students and experience using diverse teaching methodologies such as problem-based or project-based learning

• Expertise in unit operations, contaminants of emerging concern (CECs), analytical detection, sensing, and monitoring; physical-chemical or biological treatment of water and wastewater; transformations of contaminants in the environment; water reuse; modeling of water and environmental systems; and resource recovery

• Participated in academically recognized events, including significant involvement in research projects and scholarly activities within academic societies

• Passionate team player, eager to contribute to the education, research, and student experience at the college
