The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outside sales with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients in the North Carolina market.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within target companies through networking cold calling and inperson meetings.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solutionbased selling to understand client requirements and position Huff Consulting LLCs services effectively.
- Present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Huff Consulting LLC.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients ensuring mutual agreement on pricing terms and service levels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including recruiters and account managers to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to clients addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiate Huff Consulting in the marketplace.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline management in CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 13 years of prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently.
- Goaloriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
