    We are seeking a Planning and Sales Specialist for the VTuber Production a new business launched by the Strategic Management Department in April 2023. Our company operates in the fields of sound production content creation audiovisual production and talent management within our group of companies.

    Utilizing the expertise we have cultivated in various fields we aim to accelerate and enhance the activities of the VTuber Production as a new business while also expanding our activities into new fields.

    From the perspective of internal structure and growth strategy initially you will be responsible for sales in the VTuber Production. However in the future we anticipate that you will also handle sales of new products for the entire Strategic Management Department to create synergy within the company.

    Currently the VTuber Production is managed by a team of 12 under the department manager. We currently do not have dedicated sales staff and the directors are managing sales and project management. Due to the increasing workload we are recruiting one new sales staff member to support further business expansion.

    Job Description

    While it is anticipated that you will eventually handle sales for new products across the entire Strategic Management Department from the perspective of internal structure and growth strategy you will initially focus on sales for the VTuber Production.

    Currently the directors of the VTuber Production are handling sales and project management alongside their regular duties. However due to the increasing number of projects we would like you to focus on the VTuber Production initially. You will be responsible for identifying customer issues proposing solutions and managing projects from planning to execution allowing you to shape your own projects from 0 to 1. As a salesperson we expect you to develop new corporate projects through client acquisition and grow new products including the VTuber Production!

    Specific Job Responsibilities:

    1. Planning and sales utilizing the IP of the VTuber Production.
      • Corporate negotiations proposals and project acquisition with clients.
      • Project management including project progression.
      • Implementation of projects postproject reporting verification etc.
      • General tasks related to the above (coordination document creation invoicing etc.).
    2. Planning and sales for new products across the entire Strategic Management Department.
      • Anticipating your future responsibilities.
      • Considering the characteristics of other businesses you will be responsible for planning and proposing projects to create synergy as a company.

    In addition to the above duties you will have the opportunity to be involved in organizational development and business development as part of the new business department.

Minimum Requirements

    • Experience in corporate sales in one of the following areas:
      • Proposal sales experience with intangible products in advertising agencies or the entertainment industry.
      • Experience in corporate negotiations with national clients.
    • Experience in concurrently driving multiple projects while involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.
    • Possession of connections in other industries.
    • Active interest in YouTube and entertainment content in general with a proactive approach to gathering information and applying it to work.
    • Ability to think and make decisions logically with a broad range of knowledge.
    • Energetic and resilient individuals with abundant vitality.

Conditions / Benefits

  • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
  • There will be no relocation.

Annual Salary:JPY

  • Based on experience ability and previous work experience
    • Pay raise opportunity once a year (April)
    • Bonuses twice a year (June December)
      • Standard 1 month/time (varies depending on length of employment and evaluation)

Hours: 11:00 19:00 (1 hour break included)

There is a possibility that a flextime system may be applied. Core hours: 12:00 to 16:00 (with a 60minute break)
