Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead with a background in the FMCG. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a creative role. This role is essential for leading our creative projects managing the creative team and ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brands vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the creative vision for the brand ensuring all creative output is aligned with the companys brand strategy and objectives.
- Lead and manage the creative team including art directors designers and copywriters to deliver highquality creative work.
- Oversee the planning execution and completion of creative projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the marketing product and sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all brand communications and materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into the creative process.
- Provide constructive feedback to the creative team and continuously seek ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of creative work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Marketing or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a creative role (preferably within the FMCG industry)
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
