What Youll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly face (or voice!) for our clients handling inquiries via phone email and chat.
• Become a problemsolving pro by researching resolving and logging customer requests within designated timeframes.
• Champion customer satisfaction by keeping them updated and exceeding their expectations in every interaction.
• Provide exceptional postsales support including handling deliveries warranties and refunds.
• Assist with inbound sales promoting products and achieving sales goals while maintaining topnotch customer service.
• Ensure accurate order management by logging and following up on requests capturing all necessary data in our CRM system.

• Native fluency in French and strong English communication skills (B2 level).
