Road And Utilities Engineer

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with industry and contractor partners and participants to assist them with strategy & direction in asphalt and pavement engineering technology and design.
• Pavement analysis and design of civil engineering and building works.
• Construction management of pavements on civil project works and planning and execution of pavement site
• Preparation and estimates methodologies project reports as required and liaise with clients and external and internal teams then schedules to ensure projects are undertaken and completed profitably and with appropriate technical content and timeliness.
• Project financial control and profitability invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years experience in largescale projects.
• Must be well versed with flexible and rigid pavement design including Polymer modified asphalt. (PMA)
• Oversee or undertake technical support activities on construction contracts and provide advice to staff employed in the inspection and management of civil engineering work.
• Do technical reviews & verification of projects and contracts.
• Experience of working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA).
