Job Title: Product Designer Consultant/Expert Product Designer W2 Position (316373)

Position Description:
COLLABORATE:
- Work closely with Teams System and Software Engineers to align all team members.
- Lead communication efforts throughout the launch process.
PERSONAS:
- Document detailed personas (job title job description experience level goals and pain points).
- Conduct interviews JAD sessions user research surveys and observational studies.
- Identify and understand pain points potential improvements benefits guidelines and objectives.
USE CASES:
- Identify and document use cases.
REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT:
- Identify and document requirements.
- Ensure requirements adhere to best practices (e.g. testable noncombined).
- Collaborate with the Product Team to establish requirements traceability.
MAP/OPTIMIZE PROCESSES:
- Map and improve processes using Swim Lane Diagrams and Value Stream Maps (VSMs).
UNDERSTAND ARCHITECTURE:
- Collaborate with Architects to understand and if necessary design the product technical and data architecture.
EVALUATE:
- Provide feedback and recommendations on presented products.
DESIGN:
- Create product visuals (sketches graphics branding) various prototypes informative and interactive designs user flows/journeys and wireframes mapping and design boards.
- Review wireframes with users to ensure intuitive usability.
USABILITY/USER EXPERIENCE:
- Conduct usability testing (heuristic reviews A/B testing use case walkthroughs) to ensure product meets requirements and usability best practices.
TEST:
- Perform application testing to ensure it meets the requirements.
TRAIN:
