Job Description:
- Setup rollout of services across Nykaa store network with help of internal teams and by partnering with relevant service providers
- Identifying the right services and partners that we should be working with and leading the partnership end to end
- Work with crossfunctional teams to drive adoption and superlative experience for customers on services we introduce
- Roll out Franchise owned Company operated model for Nykaa store for expansion beyond top cities
- Setup the right processes and checkin mechanism to ensure store look feel and customer experience at par with Nykaa owned and operated stores
- Manage existing Salon partnership to deliver on the business plan
- Create expansion plan with the JV and also lead distribution for Salon products with other salon chains
The individual should come in with an entrepreneurial bent of mind good relationship and BD skills be strong operationally data savvy and strong leadership skills.
