We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst responsible for leading business analysis activities in support of strategic initiatives and projects. This role involves gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements and working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. They will play a key role in driving business improvements and supporting organizational change.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in business analysis.
• Experience with project management principles and practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.(e.g. SQL Tableau Power BI).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Visio.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and nonfunctional specifications.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop project plans and define project scope objectives and deliverables.
• Create and review process flows wireframes and system designs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Analyze business data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
