Location: Sydney Australia

Duration: 12 months FTC

Type Hybrid working with 3 days from office

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business processes identifying requirements and proposing solutions that enhance business performance. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements analyze data and support the implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives.

Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Solution Design: Work with IT and business teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to support business decisions identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements process flows use cases and user stories.

Testing and Validation: Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects.

Project Support: Assist in project planning coordination and management to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates gather feedback and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience: 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP PMIPBA) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

o Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL BI tools).

o Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).

o Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Soft Skills:

o Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

o Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

o Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in specific industry or domain.

Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement methodologies.

Experience with Enterprise Business and Telco Environment is an added benefit
