- Experience: 0 10 Years
- Salary:
- Location: Entire Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Reporting Location : Coimbatore but Candidates from entire Tamil Nadu within state boundaries can apply (except Pondicherry)
- Process Nonvoice &International phones(Depends on assessment & interview)
- Language English proficient candidate only
- Shifts Rotational shift & rotational week off
- Experience : Both Fresher & Experience applicable.
Role Proficiencies:
- Effective problem solving skills including decision making time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
- Organized and detailoriented
- Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize work time in various departments to meet business need
- Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations
