KRA
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals .
Channel Relationship Management: Building strong relationship with distributors dealers influencers (Mason PC engineers)and driving incremental business growth keeping in mind annual business plan.
Sales Analysis & Analytics Overview regular Sales reports ( Daily weekly Monthly) from CRM guide corporate and field team to forecast sales and Manage performance of all key team members in the business through digital tools ( CRM).
Team Building : Building a high performance team by hiring new resources and mentoring & coaching existing team members. Create agile team for exceptional business growth.
KRA
Training Ensure proper CRM and induction training through HR & IT of all the sales force. Finding skill gaps in the existing team and plan out proper training initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competition: Staying updated with industry developments and market dynamics. Conducting through market research to identify potential customers market trends and business opportunities and competitor activities.
Scheme & pricing Strategy : Keeping updated with market scenario and develop competitive pricing and sales scheme for the business that maximize sales growth
Continuous Improvement : Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within sales team encouraging feedback and implementing best practices to enhance sales effectiveness
Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards as well as promoting ethical business practices within the sales organization. This includes maintaining data privacy and upholding the companys code of conduct.
Guidance and collaboration: Continuous discussion with top management & Leadership team with proper dashboards & business KPI. Fostering collaboration with production logistics commercials HR for better business functioning.
