Facilitate Scrum Events:

o Ensure these events are productive and kept within the timebox.

o Track and report on the teams progress using Agile metrics.

o Promote best practices in design and ensure the team adheres to them.
o Collaborate with the design lead to maintain the quality and consistency of the design output.
7. Manage Tools and Resources:
o Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.
o Manage and optimize the use of Agile project management tools.
