Job Description
Facilitate Scrum Events:
o Organize and facilitate daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
o Ensure these events are productive and kept within the timebox.
2. Coach the Team:
o Guide the team in Agile practices and principles.
o Help the team understand and embrace Scrum values and practices.
o Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
3. Collaborate with Stakeholders:
o Work closely with product owners to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing updates on the teams progress and challenges.
4. Support Team Development:
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
o Encourage open communication and transparency.
o Assist in teambuilding activities and promote a positive work environment.
5. Monitor and Report:
o Track and report on the teams progress using Agile metrics.
o Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement solutions.
o Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers highquality design work.
6. Ensure Quality:
o Promote best practices in design and ensure the team adheres to them.
o Collaborate with the design lead to maintain the quality and consistency of the design output.
7. Manage Tools and Resources:
o Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.
o Manage and optimize the use of Agile project management tools.
