Working in a fastpaced targetdriven environment our Inside Sales Team are the front line of our sales operation and is responsible for generating leads and opportunities to acquire new clients.
About the Role
You will work as a lead generator responsible for creating new business opportunities through a variety of methods. This will include conducting cold calls to potential clients utilising LinkedIn targeting market campaigns and professional networks.
We work with a diverse range of industries including software engineering manufacturing construction architecture and metal fabrication to name a few. Your focus will be establishing a need within our target client base highlighting USPs and making appointments to be passed over to close.
B2B sales experience is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Calling leads from a database of contacts to prospect potential pipelines and appointments generating meetings to pass on to the Field Sales team.
- Respond to hot inbound leads to qualify which are paid at the same rate as outbound leads.
- Selfgenerate leads through networking and the use of LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Use our CRM system to ensure all administration for each lead is up to date and shared with your close.
About you
- Previous B2B sales and cold calling experience.
- Highly motivated.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs.
- IT literate Mac users are preferable.
- Good verbal and written presentation skills.
- Commercially astute.
- Resilient with a positive attitude.
- Previous use of Salesforce is preferable.
