Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled .NET Lead with significant experience in handling onsite and offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in .NET development and architecture as well as a proven track record of successfully managing teams in a mixed onsite and offshore environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design development and implementation of .NETbased applications
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore team members to ensure efficient project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and project timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1012 years of experience in .NET development
- Proven experience managing onsite and offshore teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
