Responsibilities:

• Manage and understand all aspects of Salesforce including CPQ FSL and Parrot.
• Assist in the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
• Ensure Salesforce integration with other business systems and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to optimize the platform’s performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with preference for 9 years in Salesforce development and management.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) FSL (Field Service Lightning) and Parrot.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and other related Salesforce modules.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Background in a local servicebased company is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Certification in Salesforce or relevant modules is a plus.
