Position: Salesforce Developer
Work Hours: Monday Friday flexible 8 working hours with 2 hours overlap (intersects with client's morning or afternoon) OR work 9am5pm EST timezone

Pay Range: USD/month (depending on total years of experience)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and understand all aspects of Salesforce including CPQ FSL and Parrot.
- Assist in the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
- Ensure Salesforce integration with other business systems and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to optimize the platform’s performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with preference for 9 years in Salesforce development and management.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) FSL (Field Service Lightning) and Parrot.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and other related Salesforce modules.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Background in a local servicebased company is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Certification in Salesforce or relevant modules is a plus.
