Strong emphasis on Web and Mobile App experience!
- Doesnt want to see resumes more than 3 pages.
- Would ideally want to see certifications.
- Really understands project management Agile and PMI
- In the interview he asks very specific questions surrounding PMI PMP or PMBOK then scrum kanban so someone who knows these concepts well.
- Would like to see risk management and stakeholder management exp as well.
- Someone who has been involved from the beginning all the way to the go live/deployment of an app.
- NOT someone who has been working on all internet tools he wants to see software exp on multiple platforms mobile apps and web apps so someone with a technical understanding in the software industry user facing applications.
