Sr Program Manager SAP ECC to S4 HANA Data Migration

As a member of the S4H Program Team this Program Manager will be responsible for overall data transformation/migration from SAP ECC to S4 HANA including planning issue/risk/defect management coordination of team interdependencies such as platform preparation and data validation.

Key Skillsets/Experience

• Work closely with data transformation/migration vendor team and all program tracks of work involved/impacted with migration
• Prepare holistic plan track execution and update SAP ECC to S4 HANA detailed data migration activities that span across teams for each migration iteration
• Experience with S4 HANA preferably brown field S4H migration
• Coordinate execution with all involved and impacted teams across all tracks of work
• Experience preparing system platform for data migration execution
• Manage setup of system integrations (interfaces) with S4 HANA
• Coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and reconciliation of migration results
• Prepare reporting and migration work dashboard with migration success metrics

Requirements

710 years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large endtoend programs)

• Drive migration execution by monitoring status gathering stakeholder responses and needs and progress to plan
• Personality and presence to interact effectively with team members through executivelevel stakeholders
• Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile scrum Waterfall
• Proven ability to manage complex project plans scope schedule cost quality stakeholder communication staffing risks and issues
• Ability to multitask between concurrent assignments prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities assignments and roles
• Able to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Creative and proactive problem solver selfmotivated with ability to work well in teams and crossdepartments
• Own the outcome for the successful data transformation/migration for each cycle not just the deliverables
• Advanced skills in SharePoint JIRA MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
