Location: Remote only Gujarat ( Saurastra) based Candidates considered.
Type: Partnership (50%50% Profit Sharing) Initially

As we continue to expand we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cofounder and Partner to join us in our mission to revolutionize the recruitment industry.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Cofounder and Partner to join our leadership team. This individual will work closely with the CEO to shape the future direction of the company drive business growth and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or human resources along with a proven track record of successful business management and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company s strategic plan.
Identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of the agency.
Provide leadership and direction to the team fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Plan and execute company goal vision & Mission with CEO & Partner.
Planning a Monthly Quartey & Yearly Goal of Company.
Business Development:
Expand the company s client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Operational Management:
Oversee daytoday operations ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve business performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Financial Management:
Participate in financial planning and budget management.
Monitor financial performance and work with the CEO to ensure profitability.
Share in the responsibility for financial outcomes through a 50%50% profitsharing arrangement.
Team Development:
Recruit mentor and develop a highperforming team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in recruitment human resources or a related field.
Proven track record of business development and client acquisition.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Candidate working prior with recruitment agency will be considered.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Ability to develop new business and client acquisition and maintain relationship for growth and retention.
