Job Description
RF Design Engineer
Experience.: 3 to 5 years
Location: Chennai Work from Office
Salary: 10 to 12 LPA
1). Should have enough experience in RF Circuit MIC & MMIC Design(Power Amplifier LNA Switch Attenuators Phase Shifter Mixer etc).
2) Should have experience in ADS & HFSS Simulation Tools
3). Should be familar with the process of GaAs InGaP SiGe & GaN fabrication Packaging.
4). Should have experience in Wafer & Bench Level Testin (Mandatory *: Micro controller)
