Dutch Language Customer Support Specialist

• Provide technicalbased customer assistance via voice chat and email
• Deliver exceptional customer experience
• Document interactions in a CRM system
• Participate in team initiatives provide feedback and support colleagues

• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (C1) and English (B2)
• Residing in Greece and able to work legally in Greece
• Experience in Customer Support or technical support especially with help desk or IT functions
• Ability to pass a background check
• Independent and effective remote team player
• Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and flexible with process and information changes
• Proficient with external systems and PCbased internet/software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
