Job Description

Our client is a growing FMCG multinational looking for a Service / Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Dubai responsible to provide excellent customer service experience to their clients. The candidate needs to be detailoriented with an eye on customer satisfaction to ensure clients received the services they need Timely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Attending Service calls and create service tickets in system immediately upon receiving the service request through phone call email or WhatsApp.
scheduling and planning all service calls and tasks you have created in the system and
make sure they are attended and completed in timely manner as per our commitment
with clients and contracts terms & conditions.
Assist clients over the phone with first level breakdown support.
Schedule service appointments for clients within timely manner and track service records ensuring all services has been attended and rectified with the agreed SLA.
Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements.
Attend on call duty as per the service department schedule on monthly basis.
Prepare and send quotation to customers and follow up for approval / LPO s.
Preparing invoices and submitting to customers upon job completions and ensure payments has been received as per agreed payment terms.
Attend walk in customers inquires including assessment of machines faults and provide recommendation and suggestion.
Communicating and updating the clients on the status of their service requests in regular basis until tasks completion.
Plan and coordinate all installations for sold machines events support and free on loan machines as needed.
Responsible for data entries in our filed service management system for new customers machines and update existing Customer data such as agreement (Annual Maintenance Contracts & Coffee Supply Agreements) as needed.

Must Have
Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
Strong work ethic and service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stay up to date with services policies and regulations.
Strong recordkeeping and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Technical Diploma in electrical or Mechanical or equivalent.
Excellent computer skills in using excel PowerPoint and filed service applications.
