Sr Backend Developer

CureSkin is an consumerhealth brand that provides personalized skin & hairfall treatments. We operate through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI to automatically detect skin issues from photos work with dermatologists to design personalized treatments and dispense our own branded products (cosmeceutical pharmaceutical). Candidates must be passionate ownership driven and selfmotivated engineers with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience after graduation. You will work closely with the founders and interact closely with our products machine learning aspects.

Candidates will be given ample opportunities to grow and will be expected to take ownership of components and deliver. As a Backend Developer you will be responsible for developing maintaining and updating our backend web applications as well as collaborating with the frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of features.

Write product or system development code in Node.js

Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.

Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g. style guidelines checking code in accuracy testability and efficiency)

Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.

Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware network or service operations and quality.

BackEnd Web Development and Software Development experience

Strong ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) skills

Familiarity with Programming languages and frameworks such as Node.js Express.js and MongoDB

Experience with API design and integration

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
