Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our fastpaced Information Technology and Services company. As an HR Executive you will play a critical role in driving talent acquisition employee engagement and overall HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detailoriented and adaptable individual to make a significant impact on our organizations success.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and managing job offers.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Facilitate employee onboarding and ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Manage performance evaluation systems providing guidance and support to managers.
Administer employee benefits programs ensuring accurate and timely processing of paperwork and changes.
Coordinate employee training and development programs identifying skill gaps and implementing effective solutions.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives teambuilding activities and recognition programs.
Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and uptodate HR databases and systems.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the Information Technology and Services industry. (3 4 years)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
