My client is a leading FMCG multinational based out of Oman. looking for Sales capability Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Executing ORC Frontline Development Agenda through coordinating organizing and execution of training schedule. Ensure proper rollout and sustain the implementation of ATU
- Conduct a monthly ATU health checks and make sure TDSs are on the right track in terms of ATU.
- Delivering training to the existing front liners and new joiners as per the training plan.
- Specify sales opportunity and gaps through conducting ongoing market audits and share report with SCM
- Ensure implementation of the ATU Sales Capability Agenda and market execution initiatives (CDA Compliance Racks placement POPs etc)
Education & Skills
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3 years relevant experience / FMCG
- Experience in Gulf FMCG will be an advantage
Skills:
- Commercial awareness strong knowledge of what s important/ needed by Sales to develop selling tools and stories and delivering Gold standard execution
- Coaching and training skills
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills
- Verbal Arabic speaking will be an advantage
