Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee the endtoend lifecycle of one or multiple residential luxury villa projects ensuring
timely and efficient completion (project design and construction schedule & monitoring Budgets).
Motivate and lead project teams to achieve excellence fostering a collaborative and
highperformance culture.
Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution aligning with the company s goals
and objectives by building a strong project team & goal setting
Efficiently manage resources including budgeting scheduling and allocation of materials and
personnel (including managing project costs schedule and operations and achievement of financial
closure for the project)
Engage with stakeholders including clients contractors and suppliers to ensure project
requirements are met and expectations are exceeded Ensure the highest standards of quality
and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and
success.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress highlighting key
milestones challenges and solutions.
Qualifications
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex
projects from inception to completion.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven
decisions.
Resource Management: Proficiency in managing budgets schedules and resources efficiently.
Quality Focus: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of
quality.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate challenges effectively.
