Job Description
Company Overview: Join TailorSmart a rapidly expanding startup and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing fashion and client management services. We are currently seeking creative and driven individuals to help us extend our footprint across various strategic locations.
Education: Candidates with a degree in Fashion Design are preferred. An MBA is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by meeting HR/Admin heads to promote our services including customized corporate wear (uniforms Tshirts caps etc.).
Design Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and deliver fashion solutions that align with their corporate branding and aesthetic preferences.
Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of fashion projects from concept development to delivery ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
Marketing and Promotion: Conduct roadshows and participate in events to promote the company s services increasing brand awareness and client engagement.
Revenue Growth: Drive business through effective client management and innovative fashion solutions contributing to the company s revenue targets.
Candidate Profile: Proactive and Creative: You should be a selfstarter with a strong sense of initiative and creativity in fashion design and client interaction.
Target Oriented: Clear focus on meeting and exceeding sales and design targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery of topnotch fashion solutions.
Team Player: Work seamlessly within a team to enhance creativity and productivity while also capable of handling individual responsibilities.This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion enjoy the challenge of new client acquisition and have a knack for blending creative design with strategic business management.
