As an L1 Executive specializing in Networking you will be responsible for providing essential support and assistance in the maintenance and operation of networking infrastructure. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting network issues configuring network devices and ensuring seamless connectivity within the organization. You will work closely with senior network engineers and IT professionals to deliver efficient solutions and enhance network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide firstline support for networkrelated issues including troubleshooting connectivity problems diagnosing hardware and software faults and resolving technical issues promptly.
2. Configure and install network equipment such as routers switches firewalls and wireless access points.
3. Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
4. Assist in the design and implementation of network solutions based on organizational requirements and industry best practices.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement network security measures and ensure compliance with security policies.
6. Participate in oncall rotation and respond to network emergencies outside of regular business hours if necessary.
7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in networking to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of networking concepts protocols and technologies (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs VPNs etc.).
3. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers switches firewalls and wireless controllers.
4. Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
5. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
6 Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
