You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA UHNW family seeks to employ an Estates Manager for a daily position in Holland Park.
The role entails overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties spanning London Oxfordshire and The North encompassing both residential and commercial units. Previous experience with commercial properties is advantageous.
Responsibilities include conducting regular site visits to ensure the wellbeing of the properties managing daytoday issues and coordinating maintenance and repair works including systems such as HVAC AV lighting and swimming pools. Security management involves overseeing intruder alarm systems access control surveillance equipment and tracking onsite personnel including thirdparty contractors.
Additionally the Estates Manager will handle supplier and contractor management from vetting and negotiating contracts to ensuring highquality service delivery. Keeping the principals informed of property developments via weekly schedules and maintaining household calendars is essential. The role also involves developing house operating manuals project management postproject snagging budget management and expense validation.
Managing private household staff teams across London Oxfordshire and Yorkshire including hiring onboarding and supervision is another key responsibility. Implementing safety procedures and training for staff assisting with property transactions ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations meeting commercial landlord obligations obtaining and updating property insurances and utility management are also part of the role. Key holder responsibilities are included.
Working Hours: MondayFriday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm with flexibility for outofhours contact as needed.
Salary negotiable around 65k to 80k gpa depending on experience.
Accommodation during travel between properties is provided.
A driver is preferred.
