Job Description


The Financial Reporting Associate is responsible for assisting in the preparation and

analysis of financial reports ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and

supporting the finance team in various reporting and analytical tasks.

This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and a thorough

understanding of financial reporting principles.



Requirements

Financial Reporting

Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.

Ensure financial reports comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Prepare cash flow projections and reports.

Reconciliation of intercompany balances.


General Ledger Maintenance

Support the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger.

Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.


Monthend & Yearend

Participate in the monthend and yearend closing processes.

Prepare adjusting entries and perform account reconciliations.


Compliance & Audit Support

Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and procedures.

Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during external audits.


Variance Analysis

Perform variance analysis to identify trends anomalies and discrepancies.

Provide insights and explanations for variances to management.


Financial Analysis

Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance and metrics.


Regulatory Reporting Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports.

Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and reporting requirements.


Adhoc Reporting

Prepare adhoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.

Provide support for special projects and initiatives.



BSc/BA in business administration, sales, tourism or relevant field Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills
