Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the loan origination process ensuring compliance with federal regulations and investor guidelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of underwriters loan processors and other operations staff.
• Collaborate with sales capital markets and correspondent departments to optimize loan products and services.
• Drive process improvements and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors and mortgage insurance companies contributing to the growth of companys servicing portfolio.
