Job Description

Experience needed:

The candidate must have 10 years of experience in coatings product development, Operations, Quality, Technical, or Sales and proven success as a formal root cause practitioner with Six Sigma for Design for Six Sigma certification (Green Belt certification or higher)

Other experience needed:

The candidate should have previous management or supervisory experience, lean training/practitioner experience, complaint handling experience, and direct customer interaction experience
Skills required: Strong written and verbal communication skills, project management and presentation skills, and excellent team building and leadership skills
