Job Description

Talent – oversee growth & development using Resource plan – short & long-term local national market challenges, tracking customer demand business plans met.

Oversee 12+ Manufacturing site Operational budgets management targets, financial, cash flow, forecasts.

Monitor & Improve operational performance reviews / audits.

Become the “go to” for all site managers effective two-way communication.

Provide leadership to implement quality management, process control.

Oversee plant labour negotiations supporting HR and Manufacturing site Managers.
