Job Description
- Lead a key product division at Deel - Core finance & Accounting
- Direct a number or self contained teams reporting to you (each team has their own mix of Product Manager, Designers, FE and BE engineers, QA, analysts and operations according to its purpose)
- Own the strategy and architecture, and ultimately accountable for the success of the division
- Be able to perform tactical work when needed to unblock your team
- Guide and mentor the Product Managers reporting to you
- Build industry leading solutions to complex problems in a high dependency environment
- Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world
