Job Overview
As a Senior Web Developer you will be a pivotal member of our development team responsible for designing implementing and maintaining web applications. You will leverage your expertise in JavaScript JavaScript frameworks (such as React Angular or similar) PHP and WordPress to deliver highquality and scalable solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Set up and support workplaces both local and remote
- Assist with new office setups and repairs
- Create user accounts and configure machines
- Resolve incidents per OLA; escalate as needed
- Provide enduser support prioritizing VIPs (onsite or remote)
- Clear incident and SR backlogs; perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers
- Install and maintain hardware/software on user PCs
- Ensure hardware functionality and replace faulty parts
- Troubleshoot system and application software across OS (Windows 10 11 Chrome OS MacOS)
- Perform necessary hardware and software upgrades
- Update hardware inventory in CMDB
- Support video conferencing (Zoom Google Meet)
- Provide network and VoIP support
- Prepare and maintain Citrix Workplaces
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Write user manuals for internal staff
- Manage the physical access system
- Participate in various IT projects
- Fulfill other tasks assigned busenior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Specialist IT Support or similar role
- Excellent command of English; additional languages considered a plus
- Proficient in PC/laptop components with experience in assembly
- Strong administrator skills in Windows OS
- Experience with installation and maintenance of SCS
- Ability to coordinate with hardware vendors and service providers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective team player with problemsolving abilities
- Customercentric approach to process creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate obstacles
- Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes
- Expertise in Apple Mac and iOS systems
- Keen interest and understanding of current and emerging technologies
- Experience with Citrix services and TCP/IP protocols
- Familiarity with SQL queries for databases
- Basic knowledge of ITSM/ITIL; Atlassian products familiarity is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress
- Basic understanding of GSuite
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday 09 AM 06 PM.
