Senior Design Engineer - Arch

Prepare the arch drawings time schedule and co-ordinate with the project Manager.

Prepare the arch drawings and the details.

.

Follow up with the design office at every design stage to be sure that the design criteria, optimization of design and the final bill of quantity will fall within the project budget. Drawings to be checked prior to issuing it to client for approval.

Co-ordinate with other concerned department to be sure that co-ordination with other activities has been taken into consideration e.g. indoor lighting, fire detection, cable trenches, openings, HVAC, outdoor lighting, lighting pole foundations….etc.

Regular site visits (if needed) to check and report work progress.

Conduct visits either to consultant or client where applicable for clarifications and expediting the approvals.
