Prospecting and Onboarding: Identify and pitch to prospective restaurant partners within a designated area to onboard them onto our platform.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets for onboarding new restaurant partners.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Maintain positive relationships with partners and monitor sales performance to ensure ongoing success.
Account Management:
Client Relationship Management: Conduct business reviews with accounts, identify business opportunities, and maintain continuous business relationships with restaurant partners. Resolve operational issues and provide excellent service and support.
KPI Reporting and Analysis: Accurately fill weekly KPI reports, analyze trends to identify areas for improvement, and work closely with the Food Manager to align on reporting requirements and deadlines.
Offer and Discount Management: Coordinate with restaurant partners to apply offers and discounts. Develop and implement promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
Menu Management: Facilitate menu changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform by communicating with the Catalog Department.
Commission Rate Negotiation: Negotiate and renegotiate commission rates, building and renewing commercial relationships.
Additional Responsibilities:
Marketing and Campaign Development: Develop and update marketing and cuisine analysis reports, extract potential growth opportunities, and support the collection team through continuous communication with the restaurants.
Data Maintenance: Ensure continuous updates to vendors’ data, including menus, branches, and prices.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from restaurant partners, analyze performance metrics, and proactively address any concerns to maintain positive relationships.
