Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticket Agent located in Amman, Jordan. As a Ticket Agent, your main responsibility will be ticket sales and reservations. You will also be involved in communication with customers and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with sales-related tasks.
