- Should have 5 years Relevant experience in Desktop Support and Administration
- VPN Connectivity/Installations
- Hardware Setup/configuration troubleshooting and replacement.
- Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
- Standalone Printer support and installation Network Printers basic network
- connectivity troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
- Office 365 basic troubleshooting
- Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing MS Teams and WebEx Web
- Conferencing
- Good to have skills Technologies framework and Methodologies:
- Experience working with spreadsheets excel documents and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
