Monitoring and evaluating actual costs against projected costs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of cost estimates.
Design and preparation of LCC models inclusive of construction costs, maintenance costs, operation costs, occupancy costs, end of life costs etc.
Providing recommendations based on cost analysis findings.
Create and maintain life cycle cost databases and templates
Prepare reports and presentations on project life cycle costs and cost management strategies
Through the implementation of LCC ensure best value for money solutions are recommended to Client.
