Job Description


Our client is an AIdriven platform specializing in fleet and asset management recognized globally for its connected transportation solutions. They invest in innovative data research to help clients optimize their operations and are dedicated to creating a more sustainable safe and inclusive world. They are growing year over year and have over 50K customers globally. They are an awardwinning organization looking for a VP of Revenue Operations to lead their global revenue ecosystem.

  • Report to the SVP.
  • Has 3 direct reports (AVPs).
  • Setting the overall strategy for global revenue operations.
  • Working closely with senior executives and crossfunctional teams in Sales Product Marketing CS.
  • Developing sales enablement reporting and systems like Salesforce.
  • Enabling for revenue generation and growth.
  • Providing insights into systems process tools deal desk and compensation planning.
  • Providing an analytical review of data and reporting it through the dashboard.
  • Preventing churn and providing visibility on longterm customer support.
  • Collaborate closely with resellers and Channel Partners.
  • Creating key performance indicators with a focus on pipeline velocity.


Requirements

  • Has experience in Channel Sales Ecosystem and Revenue Ecosystem.
  • Experience in a growth environment.
  • Experience leading revenue ecosystems of $100M
  • Ability to set the long term vision with a focus on visibility and customer support.
  • Has a positive attitude and is optimistic about things changing and getting better.
  • Analytical with a datadriven mentality and experience with highlevel reporting.
  • Ability to partner with senior VP level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge on how to work channels is important direct channels are a plus.
  • Industry experience in high tech ideally hardware and software.
  • Someone who can envision what needs to happen with rev ops and the overall strategy.
  • Excellent at contract negotiations.
  • Ideally located in Toronto/Oakville/Waterloo open to US/Canada.
